Winter 2008 sees the debut of aspiring writer Brad Fear, with the release of his first novel.
An ‘urban fantasy’ set in a timeline parallel to ours, ‘A MACABRE MYTH OF A MOTH-MAN’ is the first part of the three-book ‘MOTH-MAN SAGA’: a detective noir with a few key differences. Firstly, our hero isn’t very tactful nor the least bit logical. Secondly, he’s living in an abandoned church and living off of scraps (whichever has the least movement on it). Thirdly, he plays poker and drinks sloe gin with a green monster that lives on a disused subway line. Fourthly, he’s the city’s legendary ‘Moth-man’. Things may be looking ugly in the city, but the good guys are uglier…
'A MACABRE MYTH OF A MOTH-MAN' will be available to pre-order, through moth-man.co.uk, within the next couple of months for November 2008 release. NOTE: 'A MACABRE MYTH OF A MOTH-MAN' is aimed at a YOUNG ADULT audience. It is recommended for readers aged 15 and over. moth-man.co.uk |
